Alexis Sarandon is a graduate of Tristate College of Acupuncture. Alexis grew up in the Hudson Valley, and this inspired a deep love of the outdoors and the cultivation of physical and emotional well-being.

Prior to becoming an acupuncturist, she received her undergraduate degree in creative writing while also working extensively in farm-to-table restaurants. Her love of food, health and physical activities led her to years of working on farms and growing produce, providing nourishment and wellness through quality food and community. Becoming an acupuncturist felt like a natural transition for Alexis, a space where she could share her food knowledge, love for connecting to people and mastery in her practice.
